Returns & Refunds
Cut Fabrics (Fat Quarters, Meters, Half Meters, etc.)
Due to the nature of cut fabrics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the fabric is damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Gifts, Fat Quarter Packs & Haberdashery
We accept returns on gifts, Fat Quarter packs, and haberdashery items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
✅ Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
✅ Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
